Welcome to the complete guide for Ultrakill’s Prelude and Act 1! In this guide, you will find the locations of all the secrets, tips on completing challenges, and where to find the secret level. All the videos and screenshots included were created by me. Let’s jump in and conquer Ultrakill together!

0-1 SECRETS + CHALLENGE
SECRETS
LOCATION
HOW TO FIND IT
You cand find the first secret in the same place where you pick up the gun, just look up and charge shoot the glass pannel on above the door
The second secret is in the room with the glass path, if you look on the walls you will find some long tubes that work as a path, follow them and at the last tubes you will find a room with the secret
The third secret is in the room right after the one with the second secret, just wall jump until you reach the platform above the door to get to the next room, there you will find the secret
The fourth secret is in the room after the one where the game tells you about “parrying”, you will find it by looking above the zone where the filths spawned from the end of the stairs
You will find the last secret in the room after the one with the fourth secret, by looking below the platform where the door you used to get in that room from platform in the middle where the filths spawn, you just have to shoot the grate and you will find in there the last secret

To complete this challenge all you have to do is making all the filths in one of the glass floor rooms group together in only one panel, now you just have to break the glass panel and the challange should be completed
0-2 SECRETS + CHALLENGE

HOW TO FIND IT
You can get the first secret in the first room where you find in the middle a cerberus statue, above the door to proceed there is a tube that you can wall jump on and walking on it you will find the secret
The second secret is in the room after the one with the glass path, in there you will find two vents, one that is closed (on the left) and one that isn’t (on the right), the secret is in the opened vent
The third secret is more complicated to get, in the room where you first encounter “Swordsmachine” (excluding the part where you see him while getting the second secret) you will find a vent to open by shooting at it looking above to the right of the door swordsmachine ran into, there you will find a place with pistons that you will have to run away from using the dash
The fourth secret is in the secret path you will have to follow for the challenge so i reccomend watching the video below to understand where to get it, you will just have to go to the right instead of heading forward, there you will find the secret
The last secret is in the hole with the two pistons right in front of the final door, there is a blood waterfall, you just have to walk trough it and there you will find the last secret

to complete this challenge you will have to follow the path in this video i made and you will have to fight the “Secret Encounter” which is Swordsmachine
0-3 SECRETS + CHALLENGE

HOW TO FIND IT
You will find the first secret in the room where you first encounter a “Schism”, the roof is made out of glass panels, you will have to break one of the pannels and wall jump on top of them, there you will find the secret
The second secret is in the room after the staircase, you will have to wall jump on top of the small bridge and turn to the right, there you will find the secret
The third secret is in the room before the final bossfight with Swordsmachine, you will have to shoot a bomb with the shotgun at a broken wall you will see by getting in front of the door to get to the bossfight and looking above, there you will find the last secret

To complete this challenge all you have to do is to kill only the swordsmachine at the end, no one else, you will have to skip from the first room to the last one just by breaking one of glass panels on the roof and shooting a bomb on your feet to give you a jump boost and then wall jump and dash to get on the last room, then just go straight to the final swordsmachine boss fight, then you will have to kill him and the challange is completed
0-4 SECRETS + CHALLENGE

HOW TO FIND IT
The first secret is in the same room where you find the first fight, on top of the pillar on the left you will find the secret, you can reach it by using the platforms where the strays spawned
The second secret is in the room where you find the second fight, in the middle there are 2 walls with glass panels and one of them has a door, break that glass panel and you will get in a room where you will have to fight 2 maurices, when you will defeat them you will get the secret, which is also your first Blood Orb, the blood orbs basically take your health to 200, but you cant heal back to 200 if you take damage
The third secret is in the room with the last fight, it is below the glass panels, you can get down there trough the holes next to the stairs that head to the next door

To complete this challange you will have to clear up the mission by killing all the enemies, but be careful in the last room to don’t break any glass panel as it will mess up the challenge since you will have to slide trought the whole mission until you reach the end

To complete this challenge you will have to bring both the cerberus at low life, low enough to make them kill themselves with their own “bombs”, the challange requires you to basically don’t kill them, you will have to make them kill themselves with the bombs they throw

The secret mission’s door in the Prelude is in 0-2, in the room where you find a vent’s grate on the floor in front of a Cerberus statue, looking up you will see a hole that leads to a small room with the blue skull, you will have to take it and bring it in the room which Swordsmachine came out from in the first encounter with it, there will be a blue altar where you will have to place the skull and a door on the right will open, leading you to the secret mission.
